The VanEss Side

Bill and Diane VanEss are the proud parents of Casey and Doreen. They still live in Southbury CT, but the distance does not seem as far with e-mail and the phone. Casey and her mother were able to shop for her wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses in September of last year. Casey’s sister Doreen is the Maid of honor, so everyone will see a lot of her at the wedding.

Casey’s other attendants include:
Andrea Hogan - a long time friend, Tracy Rankens another long time friend who over the past year has become a very big part of our lives, Carrie Brown- Brian’s cousin and of course Lonnie Avery. Lonnie and Casey have been friends for years and continue to grow as friends.

The Brown Side

Brian’s parents Ralph and Martha Brown & Mary Ann and Thomas Miller have all raised Brian and have been extremely supportive throughout all of his years. Ralph and Martha now live in the UFO capital of the world Rosewell, NM where his dad enjoys playing golf, bowling and occasionally does yard work. Brian's mom has more of a social life than Brian & Casey do being involved with their church, pottery, painting, volunteer work and baking cookies to send Brian and Casey. Mary Ann and Tom currently reside in Phoenix where Brian’s mom works for a doctors office and Tom works for the cable company. They have just purchased a new home in Phoenix with mist’ers on the patio. Brian and Casey can not wait to get out there and see it.

Brian’s Groomsmen include:
Bill Meyer- Brian’s best friend for many years. Through good times and bad, up or down Brian and Bill have always been there for each other. Scotty Moore- a long time friend, David Tumpach- a fellow firefighter and play station freak. Frank Fisher- A great friend and a fellow Cubs fan. Last but not least Brian Willie- Brown and Willie met through Casey and Doreen and their friendship has done nothing but grow.

Our flower girl is the daughter of Bill and Tracy. Her name is Ashliegh and she is a little shy at first but warms up real quick. She is a very special part of ALL of our lives.
